Shipping Information & Return Policy

Orders ship via US Postal Service, UPS or Fed Ex. We process and ship all orders of stocked items within two business day. We ship orders Monday-Saturday. Bulk orders over 10 items ship via UPS or Fed Ex, with signature confirmation. All Orders ship with a tracking number that will be e mailed to you when order is shipped. Please give 24HRS for tracking numbers to become active. All items are shipped with as much recycled shipping materials as possible. It is our goal at Happy Goose Hemp to be Earth friendly for all animals.
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product purchased at Happy Goose Hemp simply return the unused portion with your itemized receipt within 10 days for a full refund. Please understand we do not accept returns on liquids, or “special orders” (items not regularly stocked). If you are not 100% satisfied with there response please contact us directly. Happy Goose Hemp takes great pride in offering healthful products at economic prices. Our return policy is for the benefit of our customers. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any returned items without an itemized receipt. Please contact us at info@happygoosehemp.com with any concerns or questions. If you have purchased a Happy Goose Product from a Market, Store, or Veterinarian’s office, please contact them directly to facilitate your return. We can only accept returns directly for products purchased directly from us and they must be accompanied by a an itemized receipt generated from our office. We want your experience to be as easy and as satisfying as possible.
